On January 9, 2023, Committee 4th (Property Development, Real Estate, Industrial and Special Economic Zone) of Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia led by Mr. Ren Sina BoD of YEAC and Mr. Mam Sereypanha is Vice-Chair of Committee 4th of YEAC and members of YEAC to visited Urban Village and Factory Phnom Penh.

The purpose of this visit is as below:

1. Visit Factory Phnom Penh

– Find out how their retail store and commercial space have got successful day by day.

2. Dr. Ben Li, speech welcome and explains his successful project even during Covid time. He speaks more about why investing in condominium is and how is our economy now.

3. Site Visit:

– Whole Factory Phnom Penh

(Retail & Commercial)

– Condominium finished one and under construction.

Dr. Ben Li, Founder of Urban Village and Factory Phnom Penh, also shared new experiences and successful projects with the participants during this visit. The visit was a success, with all participants discussing strategic changes and opportunities for collaboration.
