Phnom Penh: On the morning of April 1, 2022, the Cambodian Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Cambodian Banking Association and the Cambodian Microfinance Association jointly organized the launching ceremony of the “Access to Finance” program in order to improve access to finance for Small and Medium Enterprises and Women Entrepreneurs in Cambodia. Eighty entrepreneurs participated in the event, and 150 remote participants participated in the event.
The event was well attended by Lok Chumteav Dr. Chea Serey, Assistant Governor and Technical Director General of the National Bank of Cambodia, who was honored to chair and give a lecture on the overview of the Cambodian financial market.
